Ania Mleko is a tech investor at OTB Ventures, focusing on seed and Series A stage deep tech investments with sustainable impact since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Investment Associate and Analyst at KnowledgeHub Fund, and as Climate Reality Project Leader at The Climate Reality Project. Ania gained early experience as a trainee at the Council of Europe Development Bank, where responsibilities included conducting qualitative and quantitative project analysis, and as an intern at the Permanent Mission of Poland to the UN, where duties involved drafting speeches and reports. Additional legal experience comes from internships at Tomasik Jaworski Sp. p. and Ministerstwo Zdrowia. Ania holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw, a Master in Management with a focus on International Business from Kozminski University, a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a Bachelor's degree from the College of Inter-area Individual Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
