Jeff Sands

Jeff Sands is the General Manager at OTC Services Inc., having previously served as Operations Manager from 2012 to 2025. Jeff began their career in 1986 at Ohio Transformer as a coil winder and advanced to a supervisor role at SD Myers in 1994. In 2004, Jeff co-founded RB Watkins, where they held multiple roles including Operations Manager until 2012, when they returned to OTC Services to lead the field service group.
