Alphonse Bernard

Alphonse BERNARD has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Président of OTCE Midi Pyrénées & Languedoc Roussillon since October 2011, where responsibilities include diagnostics, expertise, construction management, and project organization. In addition, Alphonse BERNARD holds the position of Président at the Association Ingénierie Occitanie since October 2020, which comprises over 65 members in the Occitanie Midi Pyrénées region. Alphonse BERNARD has been an external instructor at INSA Toulouse since March 1998, contributing to various engineering courses. Previous roles include Chef de service at OTCE from February 1990 to September 2011 and Ingénieur Recherche et Développement at OTEP from September 1986 to February 1990. This expertise is supported by a degree in Civil Engineering and Urbanism from INSA Lyon (1980-1985), with specializations in structural, thermal, HVAC systems, and sustainable development.
