Rajeev Subramanian

Rajeev Subramanian is a seasoned professional in experience design and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Experience Strategist at Oteemo Inc. since August 2025. As the Founder of Shift UX, established in June 2020, Rajeev provides a career advisory program aimed at helping career changers secure their dream jobs. Concurrently, Rajeev holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, teaching the Psychology of Design in the Integrated Marketing & Communications Master Program. Previous roles include Product Lead at TEKsystems for Freddie Mac Corporate Communications and UX Research Lead at Aquent for Capital One Small Business Bank, among others. Rajeev's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.
