Ben Park is a dedicated Ops Leader with over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, currently serving as the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager at Otelier, where they oversee Salesforce CRM and CPQ administration, among other responsibilities. Previously, Ben held positions at Zilliant, progressing from Marketing Associate to Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, where they developed expertise in sales and marketing databases and led key projects to optimize operational efficiency. Ben is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at The University of Texas at Austin. They are also an active member of RevGenius and Wizards of Ops.
