His unique strengths include developing and executing differentiated business strategies; creating high-performing, customer-centric winning cultures; and developing extraordinary teams. Prior to joining Otelier, Rob was COO at Formstack, responsible for leading and driving the company's go-to-market strategy and customer journey, including sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, and customer support. Before that, he served as SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at LogMeIn (now GoTo), and VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Skillsoft, Inc. Rob sits on multiple non-profit boards, where he is a champion of education reform. Outside of work and volunteering, Rob can be found standing on a soccer sideline, on a mountain, a beach, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
