Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a Senior Director of Product Strategy at Otelier, a position held since 2023. Previously, Ryan had a long tenure at InTouch from April 2006 to February 2024, where roles included Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Development. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Developer and Junior Developer at Intouch Data from April 2001 to April 2005, as well as serving as a Database Administrator at MailIT from January 2000 to April 2001. Ryan holds a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Information Systems from the Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2002.
