Taylor Sharp has extensive experience in real estate finance, currently serving as Director at Otera Capital since October 2017, following roles as Senior Associate, Associate, Analyst, and Coordinator in the same department. Otera Capital operates as the commercial real estate debt subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, managing a portfolio exceeding $25 billion. Prior to Otera Capital, Taylor worked at John Hancock Financial Services as a Participant Services Representative, where duties involved educating participants on retirement plans and providing transactional support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor for the City of Burlington from September 2009 to August 2014. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Maine, completed in 2016.
