Fluent in real estate, design and construction, we are Cleveland’s premier full-service home building company for leading professional families. With decades of combined experience, the team simplifies complex projects and serves as trusted advisors from first sketch to final styling. From lot selection, project management, to pillows- the company selects, oversees and executes with care.

At the helm are Ted and Kelly Otero—the name and face of high-end residential living in Cleveland. Ted, a respected leader with over 20 years in real estate, brings deep construction expertise and currently oversees the custom home building division, Otero Signature Homes and The Otero Group/Remax. Kelly leads the firm’s interior design studio, Ovation Interior Design, partnering closely with clients to create highly personal, design-forward homes that support family living. A noted style authority, she has been featured in Professional Builder, Modern Home Builders and Cleveland Magazine.

Well versed in both the technical and the beautiful— together they bring a rare blend of vision, precision, and leadership few can match.
