Tom Muller

Tom Muller has a long and varied work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tom began their career in 1995 as the Director of Networking at FTD, Inc. Tom then moved to MCI Communications in 1996 as a Strategic Data Sales Manager. In 1999, they joined Qwest Communications as Vice President of Sales Engineering where they led a nationwide sales engineering group with 500+ sales engineers, managers, and directors. In 2003, they moved to ICG Communications as Vice President Sales Engineering, where they expanded and recruited a field sales engineering team from 15 to 50 employees. In 2004, they co-founded Linesider Communications, which was sold to Cisco Systems in 2011. Tom then moved to Savvis in 2006 as Director of Global Sales, where they directed the sales group that operated across seven Midwestern states. In 2007, they joined MegaPath Networks as Director of Enterprise Sales. In 2008, they joined AT&T as Sales Director of IP Voice Transformation, Unified Communications and Collaboration Services, where they engaged to lead a startup operation launching sales into the SCG segment for Managed and Integrated United Communications services. In 2015, they joined Hayden Consulting, LLC as President and CEO, providing consulting services for Managed, Hosted and Integrated United Communications services. Finally, in 2016, they became the CTO at OTG Consulting.

Tom Muller's education history includes an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, obtained between 1979 and 1983 with a focus in Finance and Executive Management. Tom also obtained a BSEE and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University between 1973 and 1977, with a focus in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition, Tom Muller holds certifications from BroadSoft, Telarus, Inc., Tasman Networks, Nortel Networks, and Cisco, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
