We believe the way we work and design space no longer reﬂects how people live, think and feel. Too often, systems and metrics lead, while the human experience follows.

We work in new ways, at new rhythms, with new expectations. Yet many environments still cling to an old script. Static. Predictable. Designed around standards rather than energy, movement and connection.

At Other Degree, we do the opposite. We start with people: how they function, focus and relate.  Working at the intersection of psychology and architecture, we operate as a curatorial studio,  bringing together diverse disciplines, perspectives and voices instead of working form a single ﬁeld.

By combining layered insights with our imagination, we shape spaces that adapt to human rhythms and enhance how people live and work today.
