Mike Winterfield

Mike Winterfield is the founder and Managing Partner of Active Impact Investments, Canada’s largest certified B Corporation dedicated to supporting environmental sustainability through investment. They have held various leadership roles, including President at Randstad Professionals and COO at Traction on Demand, contributing significantly to the Canadian recruitment and technology sectors. Currently, Mike serves on multiple boards, including Agrology and RailVision Analytics, while continuing their education at the Rotman School of Management. With a background in biology and psychology from Queen's University and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, Mike has been recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in the venture capital field.
