Peter Oertmann

Peter Oertmann is an accomplished entrepreneur and scientist with over 25 years of experience in asset management innovation. Currently serving as an Honorary Professor at the TUM School of Management, they teach on capital markets and asset management. Peter has co-founded multiple companies, including Vescore, where they served as CEO for 17 years, establishing it as a leader in quantitative investment strategies. They are actively involved in strategic consulting, investment strategies based on artificial intelligence, and serve in various board roles, including as Chairman of the Board at Ultramarin and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AURETAS family trust. Peter holds a PhD in Finance from the University of St. Gallen, along with degrees from the University of Georgia and Bielefeld University.
