Robert Bales has extensive experience in the manufacturing and maintenance sectors, currently serving as a Maintenance Technician at OTICS USA since April 2004, focusing on machine troubleshooting and maintenance utilizing OMRON PLCs and FANUC PMCs. Prior to this role, Robert operated as a Machine Operator and set up Finish Pin Bore Machines. From March 1993 to April 2003, Robert worked at MAHLE, where the responsibilities included setting up, programming, and operating machines for piston production. Robert completed a Maintenance Certification in Mechanical/Electrical from Tennessee Technology Center at Morristown between 2008 and 2011 and attended Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN from 1987 to 1988.
