Christie Smith, CIP, R.I.B.(Ont.), ECBA, possesses a diverse background in administrative support, client relations, and child and youth services. With experience as a Sales Assistant at Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan and a Broker Accounts Reconciliation Specialist, Christie has developed strong skills in processing applications, managing invoicing, and ensuring accuracy within systems. Prior roles include Relief Direct Care Worker at Family and Children's Services of Waterloo and Family and Community Worker at The Children's Foundation, focusing on therapeutic programming and case planning. Educational qualifications include an Honours Diploma in Child and Youth Work from Fanshawe College and a Diploma in Office Administration - Executive from Conestoga College. Currently, Christie serves as an Implementation Specialist at OTIP, beginning in January 2023.
