David Cutler

David Cutler is an experienced technology manager with a strong background in application development, support, and solution architecture. Currently serving as Manager Applications at OTIP since March 2022, David previously held key roles at Economical Insurance, Allianz Global Assistance Canada, TIC Travel Insurance, and NRT Technology Corp. Expertise includes leading application support teams, managing legacy applications, developing DevOps processes, and collaborating across business units to establish IT strategies and optimize system architecture. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carleton University.
