Melissa Lukas is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, with two decades of diverse experience. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Business Implementation & Enablement at OTIP, where they spearhead operational and digital transformation initiatives. In addition, Melissa is the Alliance Leader for the Applied Client Network Canadian Alliance, promoting education and collaboration within the community.
