Nardia Campbell

Nardia Campbell has a diverse work experience. Currently, they are serving as the Group Operations Director at OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan) since October 2021. Nardia is responsible for overseeing all internal operational planning and execution of the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals' (CAUFP) vision as an Executive Advisory Board member, a role they held from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior to this, Nardia worked at RBC for several years in various managerial roles, including Senior Manager; Operations, Manager, Subject Matter Experts, Department Manager, Deposit Accounts Services, Team Manager, Business Enablement, Senior Team Lead, Home Equity Closing Centre, Team Lead, Home Equity Closing Centre, and Mortgage Closing Officer, Home Equity Closing Center. In addition, they also served as the Director of Events for CAUFP from January 2018 to December 2019.

Nardia Campbell earned a Diploma in Business Management, Financial Services from Humber College from 2004 to 2007. Nardia also obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College in 2019-2020.
