Robert Reid possesses extensive experience in IT leadership, having held various senior management positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Technology Enablement at OTIP since April 2022, Robert previously directed IT systems and support services at Ivey Business School, where responsibilities included implementing IT strategy, managing annual budgets, and overseeing technology services for students and faculty. Prior roles at Discovery Air included IT Director and Manager, where Robert managed geographically distributed teams, directed IT operations, and ensured alignment with business objectives. With a background in network management at The Guarantee Company of North America, Robert demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and vendor relationship management. Robert holds a Computer Systems Technician degree from Fanshawe College.
