Heather Pleskach

Heather Pleskach has an extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Heather began their career as a Customer/Support Service Representative at Stream International in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Residence Counselor at The Arc of Oneida-Lewis. In 2007, they were a Marketing Intern at Lobel's of New York. In 2008, they worked as an Advertising Intern at Partners and Napier and also held various roles at Otis Technology, including Marketing Associate, where they assisted with all marketing, branding and public relations activities and coordinated the complete redesign of the corporate website, working with internal teams and external agencies. Heather then held roles of Product Marketing Associate, Marketing Supervisor, and Marketing Manager, before becoming the Director of Marketing.

Heather Pleskach has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from SUNY Brockport, obtained in 2008. Heather then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York College at Oswego in 2014. Additionally, they hold certifications in Lean White Belt and Project Management.
