Andy Feng is a Transformation Manager with over 20 years of experience in business transformation, sales management, and lean manufacturing at Otis. They hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation from Harbin Institute of Technology and are currently pursuing a master's degree in MBA from Zhejiang University.
