Ben Saperstein

Ben Saperstein is the General Manager at Otis Elevator Company in Virginia, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Ben had extensive experience in various roles at Otis, including Director, Account Manager, Service Manager, and Mechanical Engineering Intern. Ben earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Mathematics Minor from Union College and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In addition to their work in the elevator industry, Ben also worked as a swim coach and farm hand earlier in their career.
