Brad Guilani

Brad Guilani is a polymer chemist and Fellow of Materials at Otis Elevator Company, specializing in non-metallic materials and polymer characterization. They served as the President of the Connecticut Science & Engineering Fair since 2023 and previously held roles at Otis Elevator, including Principal Engineer and Associate Fellow. Brad has extensive experience in research and development, failure analysis, and materials engineering, with a prior position as Material Characterization Manager at Hawk Integrated Plastics. They hold a Master of Science in Polymer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a Systems Engineering Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
