Bruce Ching

Bruce Ching has extensive experience in operations and management within the elevator and HVAC service industries. Currently serving as Operations Lead for Commercial HVAC Service at Carrier since September 2020, Bruce previously held various significant roles at Otis Elevator Co. since 2011, including Field Service CRM Manager, General Manager for Chicago and Illinois, Regional General Manager for Canada, and Director of International Business Development in China. Bruce has a strong background in business process improvement, having driven the development and deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform globally while also managing operations and strategic initiatives through challenging market conditions. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA in General Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
