Carol Yang

Carol Yang, MBA, specializes in digital transformation and has extensive experience in leadership positions within the elevator industry. Since January 2018, Carol has held multiple roles at Otis Elevator Co., including Branch Manager for New Zealand South, Acting Branch Manager, Service Account Manager, and Area Co-ordinator. Prior to this, Carol served as Regional Manager and Project & Office Manager at TRANSNATIONAL (NZ) LIMITED from June 2012 to December 2017. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation at Massey University, Carol also has educational background from Ara Institute of Canterbury and University of Canterbury.
