Danielle Ashcroft

Danielle Ashcroft is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, education, and the performing arts. Currently serving as Early Careers Programme Manager at Otis Elevator Co. and TL&D Co-ordinator at United Technologies, Danielle has been instrumental in developing talent and managing career pathways. In addition, Danielle has held the role of Registry Co-ordinator at Arden University and Production Manager at Akuma Sports, overseeing complex orders and ensuring timely delivery. Prior to these roles, Danielle built a successful career as a Professional Musician and Educator, providing private lessons, conducting workshops, and organizing events. Danielle holds a BA (Hons) from The Open University, along with qualifications in saxophone performance and flute teaching.
