Ellen Lyman is a seasoned contact center and customer experience leader, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Solutions - Digital Technology at Otis Elevator Co. Since starting in 2019, Ellen has held various roles at Otis, including Senior Director of Contact Center and Customer Experience, where they drove strategy for global customer engagement. Prior to this, Ellen accumulated extensive experience at The Hartford, working their way up to Manager of Application Development over a two-decade tenure. Ellen founded Inspired Leader LLC in 2021, focusing on coaching mid-career corporate professionals to find joy and balance in their careers. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
