Frank Shen

Frank Shen is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head Of Supply Chain at Otis Elevator Co. since July 2017, Frank has previously held significant roles including Managing Director - Supply Chain at YANLI Fund Shanghai and Head of Purchasing APAC at GF Machining Solutions, where strategic supply chain transformations were implemented. Frank’s earlier experience includes leadership positions at TT Electronics plc, Jabil Healthcare, and ZTEC, focusing on materials management and organizational efficiency. Frank holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technologies from Zhejiang University.
