Hemant Jolly

Hemant Jolly is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and corporate development across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Executive Director and Managing Director of Strategic Growth at Otis Elevator Co. since October 2015, Hemant is instrumental in driving growth initiatives concerning new equipment, modernization, and digital solutions. Prior to this role, Hemant was Executive Director for Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Development at Otis, as well as Vice President and Managing Director for Otis UK and Ireland. With a strong background in strategic management and product marketing, Hemant has held various leadership positions at renowned organizations, including United Technologies and Carrier Corporation. Hemant holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the International Management Institute and an Executive Leadership Program certification from INSEAD, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
