JINGYI XIANG

Jingyi Xiang is a Director of Communications with over a decade of experience in brand building and content development. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Otis Electric, Jingyi is responsible for enhancing colleague engagement and corporate reputation. Previously, they held senior roles at smart Automobile and Arup, focusing on corporate public relations and content strategy across East Asia. Jingyi's early career included positions as a copywriter and senior copywriter at Phoenix TV, where they developed marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature at Zhejiang University and a Master of Arts in Comparative Culture at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
