John Widdifield is a passionate product leader, mentor, and people manager with 10 years of experience in agile product management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Product Management at Otis Elevator Co., they create innovative smart building technology. John previously held senior roles at KX and Bellwether Coffee, where they significantly improved product performance and user experience. As an Advisory Board Member at TSV Analytics, they contributed to the company's successful product launch and growth. John is pursuing a Master of Integrated Innovation for Products and Services at Carnegie Mellon University while holding a B.S. in Architecture from Ball State University.
