Judith Zhang

Judith Zhang is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits management, expatriate management, and finance. Currently serving as a Senior C&B Specialist at Otis Elevator Company since June 2011, Judith has expertise in managing compensation and benefits surveys, finance accruals, and commercial insurance. Prior to this role, Judith worked as an HR Specialist at Jabil Green Point, where responsibilities included payroll processing and maintenance, as well as IIT declarations. Judith's career began at Hitachi Building Equipment Manufacturing as an HR Specialist. Judith holds an MBA from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, completed between 2012 and 2015, and an undergraduate degree from the same institution, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
