Lisa Kump

Lisa Kump is a modernization project manager for the Western Region at Otis Elevator Co., a position held since December 2019, responsible for managing modernization projects across multiple cities including Austin, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and San Antonio. Prior to this role, Lisa served as a service project manager at Farmers Insurance Debbie Neyman Agency for a brief period in late 2019 and had an extensive tenure at Otis Elevator Co. from 2000 to 2018. During this time, Lisa held various roles, including regional inside sales coordinator and sales representative, managing customer accounts and sales efforts. Early professional experience includes positions as a bookkeeper at Behr, Reed And Green CPA Firm and assistant office manager at Rockhill Retirement Community, where responsibilities included payroll and billing processes. Lisa Kump graduated with honors from North Penn High School in 1988.
