Liu Leo(劉智偉）

Liu Leo is a senior operations executive with over 13 years of experience in the elevator and service industry. Currently, Liu leads nationwide service operations at OTIS as Associate Director of Field Operation, managing a team of 93 staff and driving operational optimization while focusing on customer satisfaction. Previously, Liu held the position of Associate Director of Fulfillment at Jardine Schindler Group, where they oversaw a team of 75 and generated significant annual sales revenue. Liu completed an MBA at National Chiao Tung University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
