Melody Rogers, MBA, is a seasoned senior sales and operations executive with over 13 years of experience in driving business growth and fostering high-performance sales cultures. Currently serving as General Manager at Otis Elevator Company, they lead the Oregon operation, achieving significant sales growth and margin improvements. Previously, Melody held roles such as Strategic Account Manager and Sales CRM Product Owner, where they excelled in client relationship management and sales platform development.
