Molly H.

Molly H. is currently the Director of the Global PMO Center of Excellence at Otis Elevator Company, where they focus on driving digital transformation and enhancing customer and employee engagement. Previously, Molly served in various roles at Northwood University, including Director and Program Manager, managing operations and developing new programs. They held multiple positions at Otis, including Service Product Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, where they were instrumental in sales training and marketing initiatives. Molly began their career as a Corporate Event Coordinator at The Breakers and holds a BBA in Management/MIS and an MBA in Management/Marketing from Northwood University and Palm Beach Atlantic University, respectively.
