Neha Arora is an experienced professional in internal audit and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit & Data Analytics at Otis Elevator Co. since August 2025. Previously, Neha held the position of Senior Internal Auditor at Moog Inc. and Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Dover Corporation, where responsibilities included establishing an Internal Audit Center of Excellence in India. Neha's career also includes significant roles at KPMG India, American Express, and S.P. Nagrath & Co. LLP, focusing on IT audits, SOX compliance, and financial analysis. Neha holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as an MBA in Financial Management from Annamalai University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Moti Lal Nehru College.
