Oliver Cai

Oliver Cai is a seasoned electrical engineer with a diverse background in the elevator and escalator industry, currently serving as a Staff Electrical Engineer at Otis Elevator Co. since June 2015. In this role, Oliver Cai has contributed to the design, testing, and manufacturing of elevator subsystems, including preparing electronic steppers for various controllers. Previous positions at Otis include Senior Electrical Engineer and Associate Electrical Engineer, where design and optimization of control systems were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes supporting undergraduate education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign while completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and subsequently earning a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
