Phil Davis

Phil Davis has extensive experience in leadership and operations within both the private and military sectors. At Otis Elevator Co. since June 2005, Phil has held several key positions, including Director of Service Transformation and Senior Regional Field Operations Manager for the Midwest. Responsibilities included managing maintenance contracts and supervising field associates across multiple branches. Prior to joining Otis, Phil served in the US Army from 1997 to 2005, with roles ranging from Operations/Plans Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom II to Scout Platoon Leader in Bosnia. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Liberty University.
