Raquel Botas

Raquel Botas possesses extensive experience in the field of service sales and human resources, particularly at Otis Elevator Company, where employment began in November 2007 and continues to the present. Over the course of tenure, Raquel has held various roles including Service Sales Manager, Business Manager for Maintenance and Repairs, Otisline Manager, and Quality Coordinator, as well as positions in Human Resources and Environmental Health & Safety. Prior to this, an internship as a Human Resources Specialist took place at Philip Morris International, along with another internship in the Human Resources & Training Department at Otis Elevator Company. Raquel holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and has further qualifications in Quality, Environmental, and Safety Auditing from TÜV Rheiland Academy, alongside a Post-Graduation in Safety and Health at Work.
