Ren Jian currently serves as the Industrialization Director at Otis Elevator Co., responsible for formulating the strategy and development roadmap for digital transformation in China Operations. Prior to this role, Ren Jian was an Expert Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), contributing significantly to the Operations Practice in Greater China. With experience as a Method & Maintenance Manager at Schneider Electric, Ren Jian oversaw Lean, Project, Method, Maintenance, and Digitization efforts for two plants to establish an “Agile Customer First” organization. Earlier positions include Maintenance & Project Manager at Metalsa, ensuring effective performance management, and Assembly Maintenance Section Manager and Assembly Section Manager at STIHL, where supervision of world-class power chainsaw assembly lines was key. Ren Jian holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester and an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
