Sonali Dash has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in the HR Transformation role at Otis Elevator Co. since September 2019, focusing on HR strategy, process improvement, and project management. Prior roles include leading the India HR Operations team at Applied Materials, managing hire-to-retire service delivery, and serving as an HR Adviser, handling various HR operations and global mobility initiatives. Sonali's career began at INSZoom as an HR Generalist, where responsibilities included resource planning, training coordination, and employee engagement, after an initial HR trainee position at Genisys Software. Sonali holds an MBA in HR & International Business from Mount Carmel Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce.
