Stéphane Marchelek

Stéphane Marchelek is currently the Directeur régional IDF-DROM at Otis Elevator Company, overseeing a P&L of over 200 million euros and managing a team of more than 1,000 collaborators. Previously, Stéphane held several leadership roles within Otis, including Directeur Régional and Responsable National Grands Comptes, where they successfully managed significant client portfolios and drove commercial strategies across multiple regions. Stéphane's educational background includes a degree in commerce, marketing, and management from EGC Lille, which they are currently pursuing.
