Tom Giani

Tom Giani has extensive experience in the elevator and escalator industry, beginning with a role as Engineering Trainee at KONE Corporation in early 2018, where responsibilities included observing installation and maintenance techniques and compiling customer feedback reports. Tom progressed to a Graduate Trainee Engineer position, participating in inter-departmental training and assisting in the installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators. Eventually, Tom advanced to a Maintenance Supervisor role, focusing on customer relationship management and satisfaction. Currently employed as a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Otis Elevator Co. since June 2025, Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya, earned in 2018 with Second Class Honors - Upper Division.
