Will Waller

Will Waller, PLY is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources. Currently serving as the SVP of Human Resources at Otis Elevator Co., Will also works as a keynote speaker discussing topics such as Leadership, Culture, Building Teams, and Overcoming adversity. Will previously held the role of CEO at the National Wheelchair Basketball Association, where Will led a 3,000+ member association. Additionally, Will has a strong background in HR roles at companies such as The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Whirlpool Corporation, and Honeywell Aerospace. Will holds a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has completed the Goodyear Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School.
