Xavier Rivera

Xavier Rivera has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as the NAA Repair Service Quality Engineer at Otis Elevator Co. since October 2014, where previous roles included Regional Field Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Territory Manager, and Service Supervisor. Prior to this, Xavier was a Store Manager at Safeway from August 2011 to October 2014, overseeing over 50 personnel and managing a vast inventory. During a notable tenure with the United States Air Force from August 2001 to August 2011, Xavier held the position of USAF Security Forces Officer, leading up to 400 personnel and participating in multiple deployments for contingency and humanitarian missions. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Area Studies with a minor in Spanish from the United States Air Force Academy.
