Xiaoping Ni

Xiaoping Ni has extensive experience in the elevator industry, particularly with Otis Elevator Company (China) Limited since October 2013, currently serving as Manager of Staff Engineer/Major Program & Contract Deviation Solution, overseeing contract deviations and major programs domestically and internationally. Prior to this role, Xiaoping Ni held the position of Manager of Product Administration at Otis Engineering Center in Shanghai from May 2005 to March 2013, focusing on engineering design quality control and process improvement. Additionally, as Staff Engineer/Program Manager, responsibilities included the development of elevator controllers for high-rise applications. Xiaoping Ni began a career at Otis Engineering Center's System Integration Team as an Electrical Engineer/Group Supervisor from December 1984 to April 2005, contributing to the development of residential elevators for the Chinese market and the introduction of the Otis OVF20 drive. Education was obtained at 天津电机公司职工大学, specializing in electrical design and manufacturing from 1979 to 1982.
