Bill Dowd

Bill Dowd is an experienced project development professional with a strong background in land development and project management. Currently serving as Project Development Manager at OTO Development since January 2022, Bill previously held the position of Land Development Manager at Westbrook Properties from November 2014 to January 2022. Bill also worked as Land Development Manager at E Y A from June 2006 to November 2014, and earlier as Project Manager at JPI from June 2002 to May 2006. Bill started the career as Senior Project Manager at Marriott International from June 1997 to December 2001. Bill holds a degree from San Diego State University (SDSU), where education was completed from 1983 to 1986.
