David Gutierrez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the East Coast Director of Facilities at OTO Development since February 2015, David has also held positions as Assistant General Manager, Chief Engineer, and Operations Manager within the company. Prior to this role, David was the Chief Engineer at Courtyard by Marriott for over 17 years and held similar chief engineer positions at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, and Residence Inn, demonstrating a strong background in facility management and engineering across various hospitality brands.
