Joe Dunann began their work experience in 1997 with JHM Hotels as a General Manager, where they worked until 2001. Joe then joined LBA Hospitality as a General Manager from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they returned to JHM Hotels and served as a General Manager from 2003 to 2010. In 2010, Joe Dunann joined OTO Development as a General Manager and later became the Director of Operations Support in 2019, a position they still hold.
